A company the size of State Farm communication should not be a problem and a phone call should always be followed up with an email discussing what was required. You and Trish need to do better when it comes to returning calls in a timely fashion. 2 day wait times are unsatisfactory. Yes, I went 2 full days waiting for a call back during this process. I do hope your agency can turn things around. I know I'm tired of wondering if I will get a call back when I leave a message with reception. "I called in for insurance three years ago. They said they would look at my existing coverages and match them exactly. We discussed my coverage and being a company vehicle I had to take much higher coverage, including Rent-A-Car unfortunately, three years later, I get in a car accident go to exercise my rights for a Rent-A-Car and they say I have no coverage. Sorry I can’t help you. Therefore that equals one star review for me and I will be looking for a new insurance company. It’s a shame when you trust people and they don’t stand behind their companies I spoke directly with Tyler, the owner, and of course he passed the buck told me to call the corporate office What a shame guess State Farm isn’t really your good Neighbor.
