"Still not happy with communication overall. You can't argue there are definite short coming here. A company the size of State Farm communication should not be a problem and a phone call should always be followed up with an email discussing what was required. You and Trish need to do better when it comes to returning calls in a timely fashion. 2 day wait times are unsatisfactory. Yes, I went 2 full days waiting for a call back during this process. I do hope your agency can turn things around. I know I'm tired of wondering if I will get a call back when I leave a message with reception. I'm not asking for anything other than better customer service."

"I called in for insurance three years ago. They said they would look at my existing coverages and match them exactly. We discussed my coverage and being a company vehicle I had to take much higher coverage, including Rent-A-Car unfortunately, three years later, I get in a car accident go to exercise my rights for a Rent-A-Car and they say I have no coverage. Sorry I can’t help you. Therefore that equals one star review for me and I will be looking for a new insurance company. It’s a shame when you trust people and they don’t stand behind their companies I spoke directly with Tyler, the owner, and of course he passed the buck told me to call the corporate office What a shame guess State Farm isn’t really your good Neighbor. Bummer"
"Hey Tony, as I said on the phone, I'd be glad to search for and correct any error we find, to date we haven't found one. Also per our call, any documentation not kept by a local agency such as mine would have to be requested from a corporate source, if it is available. We stand by our customers and our policies, though occasionally we do see our customers disappointed by their coverage choices at claim time. We are always happy to review coverages and options to try and make sure future claims play out as expected. I can see plainly you are frustrated, which is never my intention for my customers. Professionally, I am concerned that since you didn't opt to add the 'Rent-A-Car' (called Car Rental or R-1 by us)coverage in our recent conversation you may end up in the same situation again in the near future. "I called SF after a friend mentioned having a really good rate with them, and after hearing some of my other quotes, I figured one more try before I renewed with my current provider. Trisha went over every line item in detail and we picked what was best for my plan - which not only ended up being a ridiculous amount cheaper, it was even better coverage.
